  • @sydneyctattoo designed and tattooed this traditional snake, skull, and floral piece on a tough spot; the foot. She used some blackwork in the eye sockets, the flower, and spots on the snake. These create a variance in the piece, or distinction that allows us to tell things apart.

  • A classic mermaid, sitting on the moon in a traditional style. This tattoo was done on the thigh, by @sydneyctattoo. Incorporating black work into this piece was the right move, leaving positive space to appear as lights, especially in the mermaids beautiful hair.
